Streetspace sponsors Kent Teacher of the Year

We are delighted to be announcing our sponsorship of the Kent Teacher of the Year Awards for 2021, helping recognise the vital contribution of teaching staff to Kent’s communities.

Run by the Inspire Schools / KM Charity Team the Kent Teacher of the Year Awards aim to recognise the expertise and dedication that is the hallmark of an outstanding teacher. Award categories include primary, secondary, newly qualified teacher, non-teaching member of staff, which includes midday supervisors and caretakers, and finally a volunteer award for members of the PTA and governors.

Representing Streetspace Group on the judging panel is our Project Consultant, Suzy Hewitt. Ahead of the awards Suzy commented: “I’m delighted to be on the judging panel for 2021 Kent Teacher of the Year Awards! The past year has certainly been a challenging one for many, with our teachers having to go above and beyond creating safe environments for our students. Really pleased to be helping recognise their great work taking place across Kent!”

Winners will be announced at a ceremony in October.
