We are excited to be recruiting for another Content Creator to join our growing marketing team, delivering creative content from idea generation to design and delivery across our three distinct brands: Streetspace Structures, metroSTOR and urbanspec.
You will collaborate closely with the wider marketing team and key stakeholders across the business helping to power up the production of high-quality customer-focused content for our website and social media platforms.
What The Role Involves:
- Contribute to the overarching content strategy for our brands across key social media channels & website properties.
- Assist in the storyboarding, capture and editing a mix of video content suited to paid & organic social campaigns with a view to showcasing our brands, products and project case studies.
- Deliver creative content campaigns, from concept to execution, designed to connect with our brand audiences, clearly communicating the value proposition of our products and services.
- Ensure consistent delivery of visually appealing social media content to drive key metrics including engagement, reach, follower and visitor growth across core social channels and websites.
- Create genuinely interesting and grammatically sound copy to support visual content creation and campaigns.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends, best practices and tools central to creating engaging customer-focused content.
About You:
- Minimum 3+ years of professional creative content experience, with demonstrable experience delivering both visual & written content campaigns.
- Extensive experience creating & editing both video & static content for websites and social media. Proficient in using the Adobe Creative Suite, including Premier Pro for video and image editing.
- A creative thinker who is experienced in channelling idea generation into solid briefs to create visually engaging and interesting content.
- Must be highly literate with experience of writing both short and long-form content. You should be able to quickly adapt your approach based on feedback and new information with the ability to critically appraise and self-edit copy where appropriate.
- Ability to manage multiple projects across a range of channels and mediums simultaneously, adapting the creative approach to brand and target audiences as necessary.

We are excited to be recruiting for Operations Administrators to join our team, assisting and supporting on a variety of day-to-day operational activities including across the group.
What Does The Role Involve?
- Scheduling meetings, online events, and coordinating follow up tasks
- Drafting documents, memos, emails, and preparing presentations
- Maintaining internal systems, tracking metrics, and providing reports.
- Customer service tasks
- Maintaining inventory levels, placing orders and updating internal systems
- Completing quality and compliance documentation.
- Maintaining workflow reporting to ensure that procedures are adhered to.
- Coordination of tasks between internal teams to achieve required outputs and meet return deadlines
- Updating project wide reports for weekly review meetings.
About You:
- Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position is preferred.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Assistant Quantity Surveyor

We’re expanding our commercial team and are looking for a Graduate or Assistant QS, responsible for contract management of project accounts, preparing valuations and applications for payment, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
Reporting to the Commercial Director, the Assistant QS provides oversight to Projects Team, maintaining commercial control of costs, managing contractual documentation, assisting in the resolution of disputes and the validation of progress data.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee cost management for the Projects Team, including the preparation, monitoring and control of budgets throughout the project lifecycle.
- Management and processing of payment certificates and invoices, including the agreement of any variations and final accounts.
- Manage project cashflow including the preparation of accurate applications for payment within contractual timescales.
- Maintain clear and robust sign off processes for all subcontract packages with Commercial Manager.
- Manage contractual documentation at contract award ensuring robust systems and checks are in place at each stage.
- Assist the Commercial Manager in the management of subcontracts, including document and work order management, issuing variations, negotiating terms, and resolving disputes.
- Communicate with clients, subcontractors, and project managers in a professional manner regarding financial applications/variations
- Manage commercial insurance claims and accurate, timely reporting of claim occurrences.
- Assist with the commercial governance and risk management processes in accordance with the Construction (Design and Management) Regulation
Skills:
- Strong understanding of cost control principles and practices within the construction industry.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data effectively.
- Strong organisational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant qualifications in Quantity Surveying or a related field are advantageous.
