Construction Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to help oversee and ensure that our projects are managed safely, finished to the highest standards and closed out within the timeframes agreed.
Key Tasks :
- Co-ordination of internal resources and suppliers to ensure the successful delivery of projects
- Scheduled site visits for the project portfolio for as and when required or instructed by Management
- Working with Managing QS and Construction Manager completing site reports, assisting with resource allocation and swift defects resolution for projects in portfolio
- Complete scheduled site visits prior to start on site including design survey details to accompany 3D survey, RAMS requirements and plant requirement / site set up. Attend design and client meetings as directed
- Compiling and submitting project status reports to clients, management and any other stakeholders
- Responsible for the checking of approval drawings prior to them being released to clients
- Issuing of approval drawings ensuring the clients are aware of the timeline requirements for the project approval. Approval chases as and when required
- Creation of project specific RAMS and ensuring they are issued prior to any works being undertaken
- Ensuring all subcontractors involved in the project issue a set of job specific RAMS, checking of these RAMS and issuing to clients for their records
- Provide accurate and timely site packs of design information to sub-contractors on site ensuring drawing registers on sites are maintained up to date
- Report on all site issues from scheduled visits during construction to ensure any components or materials required to complete remedial works on time are scheduled via Projects Team
- Manage subcontractors and site management to ensure each project within portfolio complies with scope of works and relevant stated (or industry standards) workmanship levels
- Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and issues, implementing effective solutions to keep projects on track
- Manage subcontractors and site management to ensure each project within portfolio complies with all relevant health and safety regulations and quality standards, including issuing of non-conformances in line with company procedures
- Collaborating with MQS regarding any project variations that arise during the project’s life cycle
- Work with Construction Manager and MQS to resolve all project-related issues for portfolio sites in line with company targets and ensure defects and warranty claims are closed out in a timely manner
- Carry out audits when visiting site, audits to be carried out on street space site manager/subcontractors and if applicable clients
- Checking of subcontract invoices against site diaries/time sheets/progress on site. Communication with accounts regarding invoices whether they are approved or on hold
- Collaborating with MQS/CM to ensure all progress is up to date for Applications/Valuations
Key areas of accountability:
- Deliver safe project sites with zero non-conformities – directly responsible to CM for site health and safety in accordance with site specific RAMS. Min SMSTS qualification required
- Deliver defect free handover – directly responsibility to CM for quality in accordance with QS / TDM scope of work
- Deliver on target site set up cost – direct responsibility for plant, accommodation and site set up for portfolio projects to Construction Manager
- Deliver subcontract packages to standard and budget – responsible for sign-off of subcontract works for payment as directed by Construction Manager
- Deliver effective Site Management resource – responsible to maximise task-based outputs to minimize additional costs from engineers or subcontractor dayworks
- Deliver consistent reporting on site progress weekly – responsible for thorough reporting on weekly meeting to ensure no-surprises on any site issues arising
- Deliver repeat clients – build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns or queries promptly

We are excited to be recruiting for a proactive and dynamic Key Account Manager to join our sales team and take ownership of sales and revenue forecasts and developing a sales strategy for every deal from initial enquiry. The right candidate will have experience at overcoming inertia to close sales in line with targets whilst providing exceptional customer service as a key ambassador for the brand.
Primarily closing sales from the BD pipeline in an office-based capacity, the Key Account Manager role involves attendance at specific conferences, exhibitions and strategic client meetings. The candidate should maximise the potential of existing Key Accounts, building relationships with decision-makers and relevant stakeholders.
What The Role Involves :
· Ownership of the sales and revenue forecast for Key Accounts from both quoted pipeline and new opportunities for growth. This is achieved through:
- Monitoring and managing the sales pipeline from qualified enquiry, tracking progress and setting next actions to progress the deals
- Collaborate with the commercial team to ensure timely and accurate preparation of project quotations and supporting material, ensuring key projects receive appropriate focus throughout
- Build and nurture relationships with decision-makers and relevant stakeholders
- Schedule online meetings, presenting proposals to prospective clients, listening to their needs and adjusting the project brief accordingly to maximise alignment
- Ensure live deals stay on track, with solutions developed that are exactly the right fit
- Negotiate deals to successful closure, ensuring all necessary documentation and agreements are completed accurately
· Develop a thorough understanding of projects and sectors to ensure the optimum solution is developed for each opportunity and that appropriate focus is identified for each stage of the sales process.
· Develop a thorough understanding of the procurement processes for clients, to proactively assist with the steps required for a project to be deliverable.
· By phone, video call and email, articulate the value proposition, understanding the competition and where necessary, developing a brief for value engineering or alternative solutions.
· Following up clients to ensure they are satisfied with the company’s products and services.
· Assist in the development and implementation of strategic plans to achieve sales targets, foster account growth and identify new project leads.
· Provide exceptional customer service, promptly addressing customer enquiries, resolving issues and coordinating with internal teams to deliver timely solutions.
About You – essential requirements:
- Educated to A level (or equivalent) in Maths or English at Grade C or higher
- Degree calibre or demonstrable experience in a similar role.
- Demonstrable key account management experience and expertise in technical sales.

We are excited to be recruiting for another Content Creator to join our growing marketing team, delivering creative content from idea generation to design and delivery across our three distinct brands: Streetspace Structures, metroSTOR and urbanspec.
You will collaborate closely with the wider marketing team and key stakeholders across the business helping to power up the production of high-quality customer-focused content for our website and social media platforms.
What The Role Involves :
- Contribute to the overarching content strategy for our brands across key social media channels & website properties.
- Assist in the storyboarding, capture and editing a mix of video content suited to paid & organic social campaigns with a view to showcasing our brands, products and project case studies.
- Deliver creative content campaigns, from concept to execution, designed to connect with our brand audiences, clearly communicating the value proposition of our products and services.
- Ensure consistent delivery of visually appealing social media content to drive key metrics including engagement, reach, follower and visitor growth across core social channels and websites.
