Smart Space Solutions at Wallington High School for Girls
Wallington High School for Girls has been shaping young minds for over 130 years — and they’re still innovating! Faced with the challenge of feeding 1,500 students in just one hour, the school needed a creative way to expand its dining facilities without the cost or disruption of a traditional build.
Working with Streetspace, WHSG transformed unused outdoor areas with a series of sleek, weatherproof canopies — including a fully enclosed TRITON Mono Roof dining structure and a clever covered queuing area between buildings.
The result? A modern, functional and attractive space that keeps students comfortable, supports efficient movement, and complements the school’s historic Woodcote Road site.
